What We're Doing About COVID-19

At 7 Lakes Golf Club, we take the health and safety of our guests and members very seriously. With our comprehensive plan in place, we feel that golf can remain a safe haven of outdoor activity and mental stimulation.

At Check In

You can now "Park and Play"
Please call ahead and pay over the phone: (910) 673-4653
Some groups are having one person pay for the entire group to streamline the process
We will not be accepting cash
The range is closed, so please don't show up too early before your round

On the Course

We encourage our customers to walk their round of golf
For those that need carts, one cart will be issued per person

Water coolers have been removed. We encourage guests to bring their own pre-filled water bottles
We have added foam to the cups to reduce a touch point when retreiving your ball from the cup
We encourage everyone to leave the flag stick in
Rakes have been removed

Golf Carts

Golf carts are thoroughly wiped down after each round. This includes the steering wheel, seat, bag strap, and side handles with disinfecting wipes or spray
Cart staff are wearing protective gloves and changing them throughout the day

Customer touch points including bathroom areas, stair rails, doors and doorknobs, and countertops are regularly and diligently cleaned
We are ensuring hot water, soap, and disposable paper towels are available in all restrooms
All restrooms are kept clean and disinfected throughout the day

Golf Shop

No more than 10 people will be allowed inside the golf shop at a time, and all are required to maintain a 6 foot social distance
Customer touch points at the counter are cleaned ever hour including credit card terminal and buttons
Computers, keyboards, and phones are wiped down on a regular basis
All doors are being wiped with disinfectant each hour

We have instructed all staff members who feel ill to stay home. We have a paid sick leave policy in place.
We encourage staff to eat well, stay hydrated and well-rested, and quickly report if they are not feeling well
We are reading daily CDC and WHO best practices and communicating to all employees
